  This Maverick is so unprofessional I will never shop there ever again due to of the employees that they have their I have contacted corporate and they are getting me in contact with the vice president of this region the manager at this location has had multiple run-ins apparently with corporate already is from my understanding is what corporate has told me that this manager that is there will have plenty of free time since they do not have the time to come to the phone to deal with a customer's complaint that they might have plenty of free time after the phone called the corporate is with the corporate person said and I really hope he does mean what he said on that phone because also the employees there is also going to be in trouble for how they were speaking to me when they said to me oh okay thank you acting like he had a smart attitude I bet you if I was face-to-face he wouldn't have that same energy but it's okay because at this moment he might not have a job either because I am calling corporate again on Monday to let them know about the recorded phone call that I have with him and his smart aleck attitude so it is okay all phone calls or recorded on my phone I promise all of you will not have a job at the end of this they need to go through a customer service training class apparently because Maverick says that they thrive for good customer service but this store does not thrive for good customer service or stand to the Maverick standards either one they need to go in there and shut down that Maverick or two they need to go in there and find better people and better than leaders to run that Maverick because obviously if the district manager is not doing his job or if the regional manager is not doing his job then that's why they have such terrible customer service in there and terrible employees and they need to do better with their staffing but grant does a real great job at trying to resolve the problem and the one guy that has glasses that is a little bit on the bigger side is a real nice gentleman and he has great customers service

  Staff is always friendly and professional. Store is always clean, well stocked and food is fresh.
