They didn’t charge me for things I didn’t need, I didn’t feel pressured, and the girl that works there is very patient and helpful. 10/10 experience, and I’d recommend family and friends to stop in anytime.
- ELElijah LosoDec 15, 20251.0If you have a hybrid at all, steer clear of brakes plus. Took my car in after I slid into a curb and they charged $811 for new tie rods. After I picked my car up, I noticed my car was making new noises it didn’t make before I dropped it off (even after sliding into the curb) so I called and made an appointment to make sure everything was put together correctly. They told me when I got there that they weren’t certified to touch hybrids. So you're certified enough to take my hybrid and get that $800 worth of work done, but not certified on hybrids after new noises were found that only happened AFTER you did the work?? Gave my car to them and got it back even more broken and now I’m out $800 on shitty work they won’t make sure was done correctly. They also told me that they found more damage while making repairs but didn’t tell me during or after the repair, nor did they tell me when I picked up my car. I was only made aware of this “extra damage” when I tried to bring it back to make sure they assembled everything correctly. Not the first time they’ve done shitty work on one of our cars either. They unhooked a parking brake, told us it was broken, and a different mechanic told us that it wasn’t even reattached. Not broken, they just didn’t reattach it. They also told us the same thing”not allowed to work on hybrids” excuse then too. 0/10 will break things on your hybrid and then tell you they’re not certified to touch them lol.

Got those done quickly, 👍buy the clunking didn’t go away, took it back and I also needed sway at links. Got those replaced same day! Zoe is the best! She is so kind and great customer service! Thank you guys! Don’t ever leave because you don’t find ppl like you two anymore!
- EEemmlDec 2, 20255.0I realized I had a tire with very low tread and couldn’t get new tires from my normal place until next week. I called Brakes Plus and they got me in promptly for a tire rotation in the meantime and even gave my vehicle a general check-over as well - all for a great price! I will definitely be using them for other needs in the future.
