Not only inspected and repaired my vehicle but took me in the shop to show me what was wrong. No force feed fake repairs. And I was on a time restrained so the manager jumped in to make sure my vehicle was done by the time I needed to leave! Definitely going back for all my repair & service needs! 6 Stars!!

They went way above and beyond to fix a mistake another Brakes Plus location (the one on Edgewood) made. Edgewood serviced our brakes but didn’t tighten the lug nuts. My daughter and I drove off out of town at highway speeds with only one lug nut holding a tire on. When we returned, we were brushed off and told the nuts “just came loose,” as if it were our fault. They reluctantly replaced them, but the experience left us shaken. Months later, when I needed my tires rotated, we found out there was no lug nut key. After visiting several places with no luck, we finally went to the Blairs Ferry location….and that’s where we met Zoe. She immediately took action, called around, had a tech try multiple keys, and even reached out to Edgewood herself. Despite their sarcastic, unhelpful response, Zoe stayed calm, professional, and kind. She cared more about doing what was right than what was easy. Zoe truly has a head for business and a heart for people. She turned a scary, frustrating situation into a reminder that there are still people who genuinely care about their customers’ safety and experience. If you ever need service, go to the Brakes Plus on Blairs Ferry in Hiawatha. Ask for Zoe. She and her team are the definition of integrity, compassion, and professionalism.
