  This location always fails to get my car as clean as the other car washes in the area. They make it very difficult to cancel your subscription with a fake phone queue and only letting you cancel over the phone. Staff are told to try as hard as possible to sell you on a subscription.

  Don't bother with shine shop/rocket car wash. They won't raise the sign entering the car wash the correct height and was scratching top of my vehicle. Called customer service to get my 20 dollars back and they won't do anything because I was five days late on calling from when I should have canceled. They said I could only file a claim against the store in grimes. So not worth the trouble. And would have thought customer service would have been so much better. All of it is not worth it.

  I hate leaving reviews like this, but this was frustrating. I’m a member, and one of the main reasons I keep my membership is for the interior cleaning supplies. Today at this location, the all-purpose cleaner bottles were filled with water. If we’re paying for a membership that includes cleaning products, we should be getting actual cleaning products. This location already doesn’t have the mat cleaning area like others do, so this was really disappointing. I hope this gets addressed.

  The employees all have great customer service. I am yet to have a bad time talking to anyone there plus the wash is always perfect

  I just have to give a shoutout to Daeja at the Shine Shop Carwash because WOW — that girl deserves a raise and maybe a nap after dealing with my disaster of a mom car. 😂 I pulled in with enough crumbs to feed a small village and Daeja was so sweet and super friendly, and actually acted like she cared about doing a good job instead of rushing me through like some places do. When I got my car back, it looked so clean I almost didn’t want to let my kids back in it. I’m pretty sure it hasn’t looked that nice since 2018. The wheels were sparkling, the inside smelled amazing, and she even got the weird french fry that’s been stuck between the seats since soccer season. If you go to Shine Shop, ask for Daeja — she’ll take care of you like you’re family (the good kind, not the messy kind lol). 10/10, will absolutely be back… probably next week the way my kids live. 😅
