  Amazing team, good prices, clean job, i am very impressed and happy! Price was about $200 cheaper compared to other places. 10/10 would recommend!

  Safelite came to my house and replaced my front windshield and did the necessary recalibration in the vehicle. It was incredibly convenient, and the entire staff was very professional and super easy to work with. Hopefully I don't need to get another windshield repaired in the future, but if I do, this is definitely who I'll be calling.

  Easy to schedule, quick during repair and right in my driveway. If you are on the fence, I would say go with Safelite!

  Wasted mine and my wife's time. We took it down there to have windshield replaced. Said there were diagnostic codes to get repaired. Took it to the volvo dealership as instructed, dealer said there was nothing to repair and cleared codes. Took it back to safelite and they still won't work on because there's a code on the ABS system. Stumbled through explaining why this might affect calibration (it wont). Either the techs are lazy, or they have bad policy, but to the customer it doesn't matter. Bad experience, and we'll never be back.

  EDIT: changing my review solely based on the experience I had with my technician Juan. He was professional, timely, informative, and had strong attention to detail. Would definitely utilize safelite again if Juan is my technician. Pretty disappointed to say the least and the work hasn’t even started yet. They were really great on the phone when they initially called and set the appointment. I had a tech call me yesterday saying he’s got 2 ahead of me that are a bit of a distance apart and he would call me while he was on his way or if he can’t make it out the next day. I never got a call for either last night or had anyone show up. I thought ok no big deal understandable with the distance between his two other jobs. Still wish I would have gotten a call. I follow up this morning and maybe I’m wrong in assuming but I would think that your people who waited and their scheduled appointment was missed that they’d be too priority that following morning. Well I guess that’s not the case here. With the most scripted “i apologize for that” but I can’t get anyone out there I have no way of getting someone out there. Which I don’t see why that would be a problem considering that it seems to be a theme already of putting people off that already have an appointment. They said they would put me as top priority and TRY to get someone out to me tomorrow. Mean while my windshield is progressively getting worse. Overall pretty disappointed.
