Their extremely, incredibly unprofessional and tact lacking District Manager is the reason. Wanted to use my subscription to wash my wife’s car while mine is in the shop. I have done this a few times at their Waukee and West Des Moines locations over the years without any issues. Today was ridiculous and uncalled for. To have an infantile DM argue and talk down to a long time customer is totally pathetic and asinine. Plenty of other quality choices with true integrity and quality service. Buh bye!
