  The salesman couldn’t take no for answer even after I repeatedly denied his pitch. I simply was not interested in any sort of “subscription.” He persisted to the point of being rude and not respecting my decision. When I approached the car wash he immediately came out to greet me and asked how he could help. I mentioned needing a car wash. He replied “yeah, I’d say so”…my car was filthy but this man was so rude and his approach disrespectful. I will not return.

  Took our car to get a wash and spent $30 on it which isn’t cheap especially for the wash we got. I called and was automatically sent to voicemail. There is no direct line to the Grimes location apparently. I had left a message and never received a call back so I called again. The gentleman I spoke on the phone was rude and short with me. The only option I was given was “take it back for a manager to look at it”. So I have to waste my time to take it in again because you guys have no way to refund us since we aren’t members. We did at one point have a membership but canceled due to the countless times we took the car and didn’t get a proper wash. We hoped that since it had been a while things would’ve improved but clearly not. Overall, terrible service from the gentleman I spoke to. There should be a direct line to the car wash itself. The wash was disappointing. We will not be returning and I don’t recommend it to anyone unless you get out of the car as soon as you get out of the wash so you can get a second wash immediately after the first! Here are photos approximately 10 minutes after the wash.

  Great copy and paste carwash location! They're all basically the same. Staff is friendly and the drive through wash works well to scrub road debris and salt from the vehicle. Concerned about the eventual membership cancellation if I get transferred again from the area. Most negative reviews are that the company continues charging members for monthly membership and that the cancellation process is intentionally difficult. That hasn't happened yet, so if the review is still 5 stars, it hasn't happened yet and I'm still 100% satisfied!

  This was one of the most disappointing experiences I have ever had. I was refused service because I wouldn’t sign up for a membership. I explained that I don’t wash my truck that often, and just needed a quick wash, and the employee still would not allow me to get a wash. I tried to get a different employee to help me out, but they all refused. After wasting over 10 minutes arguing, in front my kids, I asked to leave. I have never been treated so poorly by a business before. Would not recommend anyone going here. In addition I’ve called corporate to let them know, nobody picks up and their mailbox is full. Can’t say enough to stay away from this place

  Tall guy working was so super friendly, all that is needed to clean the inside is readily available! Carwash does a great job on the outside
