The tech, Ben, did a great job - appropriate notifications, professional attitude, and friendly. I hope to not need them again in the near future, but won't hesitate when I need them.

Then Tech called a little after 11am to advise it was scheduled for 2 techs and nobody was available to help him. He advised he would call the office and have them reach out to reschedule. Never received a call. I called the Grimes location next morning and was rerouted through "AI Assistant" which finally sent me to all call center rep who then had to call the Grimes office to verify. They advised it must be done at their shop and scheduled a time. I then had to take the van out of service again and sit at the shop while they replaced the window. Replacement done without issue. Business van was taken out of service for 2 days costing the business money. $1300 for a $300 piece of glass and one hour...
