  Worked my son’s car in on a Saturday and diagnosed it immediately. Wasn’t a repair they could do but referred us where to go and didn’t charge to look at it. Staff was phenomenal and will definitely be back.

  A lovely service advisor who told me straight out what the problem was, there was no trying to add on more stuff love that and got the work done in a good time. Overall great service and won’t be going anywhere else to get my services done.

  I came to brakes plus right before they closed and they gave me a reasonably priced quote within minutes. Their service advisor was honest, helpful, and completely understanding of my situation. They told me what would need replaced with my car, and threw in some extra work just to help out. I cannot recommend these guys enough! Efficient, friendly, and supportive!

  I had a great experience at Brakes Plus in Grimes. The team took care of an alignment and inner tie rod repair on my vehicle, and everything was handled professionally from start to finish. They clearly explained what needed to be done, didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary, and got the job done in a timely manner. My car drives straight and feels solid again—huge difference. You can tell they take pride in their work. I’ll definitely be coming back for future service and would recommend them to anyone needing honest, reliable automotive work.
