  We had a great experience working with Tate at Shottenkirk! He was incredibly helpful, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. Buying a vehicle can be stressful, but he made everything feel straightforward and low-pressure. He took the time to answer all of our questions, kept things moving efficiently (even with us being a few hours away), and was very transparent with pricing. We really appreciated his communication and professionalism from start to finish. Highly recommend asking for Tate if you’re shopping here!

  Kurt, and all the Ladies and Gents were super kind, understanding, and professional! They assisted with pick up and drop off as needed, had my transmission fixed in no time and kept me informed of costs, and time to repairs!

  Tanner, Cruz and David were great to work with. I did not feel pressured during the process, and worked with me to get the price where I needed it. The only thing I would suggest is if there is some minor paint issues on a used car to at least touch up and seal, that is an easy thing for a dealer to do. I'm doing it myself but it is not a deal breaker necessarrily. Otherwise I had a great experience overall and will give them business again if I find what I'm looking for there.

  These folks at Shottenkirk Ft Madison really stepped up where another local Chevy dealership and service center had dropped the ball. I was very frustrated and Conner really put all my worries at ease. He made me feel confident from right outta the gate that he and the team in the service center would get my needs taken care of. The communication was excellent the whole way through my experience. When texting had a glitch, Conner called me right up to make sure I knew everything that was going on. He made sure all my questions were answered and explained everything to me. I truly appreciate being treated with respect by such a pleasant professional. Great job to the whole team!! Thank you!!
