We have a 2017 VW Passat that was barely at 50k miles when it had basically no heat in the winter and extremely hot heat in the summer for two years with no mechanic (even the VW dealers) willing to fix it. When we asked if he’d try to fix it, so we could finally have a working vehicle, he was willing to do the research and figure it out. It took time (reasonably so) to get it back, but we have working heat AND a/c! We are beyond grateful that Swanson Auto was recommend to us and that he was willing to take apart the car to replace the actuators.

He’s always sure to explain in detail exactly what broke/went wrong, and what needs to be done to fix it. I’ve had a myriad of issues over the years, and he’s done it all. Completely engine replacement, transmission replacement, brake work, exhaust replacement, etc… the guy is a wizard, I think. I highly recommend his shop to anyone needing auto repairs.
