We have a 2017 VW Passat that was barely at 50k miles when it had basically no heat in the winter and extremely hot heat in the summer for two years with no mechanic (even the VW dealers) willing to fix it. When we asked if he’d try to fix it, so we could finally have a working vehicle, he was willing to do the research and figure it out. It took time (reasonably so) to get it back, but we have working heat AND a/c! We are beyond grateful that Swanson Auto was recommend to us and that he was willing to take apart the car to replace the actuators.

Whenever we have an issue we call him knowing he would never overprice anything or take advantage. Sometimes he brings along his dog to hang out with you in the waiting room, which only adds to the overall charm and comfort of the place. Best mechanic ever! I'll be sad to move away and not have him to rely on anymore.
