Called 2 days ago and made a reservation for a vehicle to be picked up tomorrow so I can go to a funeral, and got a call today, the day before, explaining that they actually don't have ANY vehicles to rent out. Maybe stop taking reservations if you can't fill them, or just close the location altogether!! Poor customer service all around.
