    I would like to know if anything has been done in regards to that zein guy harassing that new girl? She was not doing anything to deserve that kind of treatment and yet i haven't seen her there since him however all the time that's seemingly unprofessional.

    I'm honestly blown away, I have never in my entire life experienced anything like what I witnessed the other day in advanced. I went in with my mother to get a replacement sprayer for the wipers, my mother went in to see if they could come look at it so we don't get the wrong part again and the manager had the new girl assist us. Carley was the one who came out to assist in identifying the part, she seemed very knowledgeable and was very patient and kind with my mother, she went back into the store as we ran to the bank to get cash as she talked my mother into purchasing a new battery as well as complete new wiper blades and the whole deal... and apon returning I went in to buy the parts and battery and to my surprise find carley being yelled at by her manager zein, I dont mean just scolding her, he punched the counter right next to her telling her she was wrong to assist us as she is just a female who knows nothing about mechanics and that if they want something done like that then they need to just take it to a mechanic when he looked over and saw me he immediately changed his tone immediately changed his angry expression. Acting as if nothing had just happened, he greeted me not recognizing me from just 15 minutes prior, carley just stared at the floor seemingly traumatized. My mother came in and i explained what had just happened and she was livid stating that we would never do business there again asked carley if she was okay to just get a nervous nod and stormed out. No business should EVER treat their employees in this manner .... It's disgusting... And she is new as well so it's not as if it's something that had been building up.... You lost a customer of over 30 years!

    This was the best experience I've ever had when getting my car fixed. I was helped by Zein, and he was friendly, efficient, honest, and so very helpful. I don't know much about cars, but he walked me through everything and explained every step and product in great detail. The issue with my car had me so anxious, and he settled my concerns and got it all fixed and me on my way in less than 30 minutes. If my car needs something in the future and Advance Auto Parts can help, then this is where I'll be going!

    Heather was great!! She should get employee of the month! She went well above and beyond to help my son and I get his Jeep battery replaced. Even when it was dark and kind of chilly out. She wanted no help and didn't complain once. She had a great personality, knowledge-found the right product and even made a special call back to help us out. I'd rate the experience 5 star!!
