    I came in store looking for a car manual Carley Brown waited on me. I aim not a regular customer. She asked me what I needed it for I explained what code I got on my pickup. She looked it up found what the code was and printed out instructions on how to find out what I needed and where to go to get instructions on internet on fixing it. She went far and beyond what I have ever had a parts store person do for me and I’m 77 so I have been in lots of different parts stores. She should get employe of the year.

    Last few times coming to Advanced i’ve had the pleasure of Zane being able to help me and has done everything I could ask for and more and always looking in the customers best interest he will make sure you are getting what you are looking for and is always looking to help the next customer everytime i’ve seen him there is always kind and helpful which makes it hard to want to go anywhere else in town!

    Really great experience today. Right off the bat after walking into the store I was welcomed and actually attended to. The store had the battery I needed and Zane explained to me the warranty and without hesitation quickly installed my battery in below freezing weather. I was in and out in less than 15min. Since I will be coming back here I even signed up for the rewards program. Thank you Zane for making my day a little less stressful.

    Was in the store and upon entering a gentleman behind the counter that was sitting on a walker and had his breakfast spread out on the counter and enjoying his meal. No greeting at all. Guessing he was an employee there, no uniform to distinguish him as an employee, the other 2 gentleman behind the counter also did not have any distinguishing them as employees. I thought i was in a restaurant and not an Auto Parts store. I then walked around looking for an item and nobody approached me and asked if I needed any help to find anything. A female customer had come in while I was walking around and was immediately greeted and asked if she needed any help. I later learned that the gentleman that approached her as she entered the store was the GM. I felt that I was an inconvenience for him and his staff and they didn't want to waste their time nor did they want my business. I would suggest that the staff there get some sales training on dealing with all customers as equal. Each customer that walks through the doors is there for a reason, that reason is to purchase something. The GM leads by a poor example. I hope this is used as an example to become better at customer service to retain the customers business, and to see through the eyes of the customer, of what they see and how the lack of interaction makes the customer feel. i

    I had a wheel well cover become detached and was rubbing on the tire. It was later on a Saturday so I pulled in to see if they could help. Zane was amazing! There was a wind chill below 0 but he made sure it was secured and sent me on my way. Wonderful service and an exceptional young man!
