If you are driving through Iowa and find your car is running low on gas, do NOT stop at Pilot Flying J. They will put a $151 “hold” charge on top of your gas purchase. $20 in gas? $151 hold charge on top of that. I a $151 pending charge that in my account today and thought for sure it was fraud. I’ve heard of a small dollar amount hold...but $151? Get real. I know it's probably to protect themselves against fraudsters, but Pilot Flying J should ask themselves why NO OTHER gas stations need to do this. Next time, I’d sooner out of gas and push my car to the next gas station rather than stop at this clown station.

I am shocked in what I saw here. I pulled in at 0830 am this morning took a shower. Started a load of laundry. The male that cleans the shower only picks up the towels and he does not mop and sterilize the showers. I asked him about it and he ignored me! Then I spoke to the manager on duty. Didn’t get her name. She said …… She will deal with it. I have been standing here for 20 minutes and she never spoke to him. Beware you might catch athletes foot or get a disease in these showers. If I did? I will slap a lawsuit against this pilot. I’m happy I’m going home today. Trucking is not like it used to to be. Pilot over charges their best customer! The truck driver. We choose to purchase here and a can of pringles is 4.27 cents. The exact same can is 2.00 at any Walmart or grocery store. They charge you 2.00 dollars for 2 bananas ? You can get the same bananas at any store for .58 cents a pound! So again? I ask? WHY DOES PILOT AND ONLY PILOT RIP OFF THEY'RE Only AND BEST CUSTOMERS ?
