  We been customers with Enterprise for about 10 years or more. In our recent renting experience, we had an issue with one of our cars, and young lady named Cass from the E 6th street location was very helpful in getting us properly compensated for some issues that occurred during said rental. She is a very hardworking, and competent individual and reinforced our desire to keep using Enterprise for our rental needs. She deserves recognition.

  Case and her team continue to deliver an excellent experience 4+ years and running. Every year we rent a van for spring break and every year they do everything they can to accommodate us. Will return again even if it’s a drive from Waukee.

  I have been renting for three consecutive months. For the last three weeks, I decided to try renting using the "Flexible Mode," but the staff working on Sundays only offer me small sedans. When I ask if I can get something bigger, they claim there is no availability—even though there are plenty of vehicles right there in the parking lot. This will be my last time renting with you. The service is terrible.

  My experience with Enterprise was extremely disappointing. The customer service was unprofessional and unhelpful from the start. The vehicle I was given was not properly cleaned and had obvious issues that should have been caught before renting it out. When I brought it to their attention, the staff acted like it was an inconvenience rather than trying to fix the problem. On top of that, the process took way longer than it should have, and I felt like I was being rushed through paperwork without clear explanations about charges and policies. For a company that advertises great service, this location definitely did not live up to the reputation. Overall, this was a frustrating experience and I would not recommend renting from here unless you want to deal with poor communication and subpar service.
