She keeps me informed every step and helps me coordinate all my services with such ease! I have to also call out Colby as the masher mechanic who was so thorough and patient with me as he went on a test drive with me to see if he could hear what I was describing as n my engine. He even pulled another Volvo with the same engine to show me what was happening and explained everything in a way I could totally understand! I feel way more confident driving my new XC60! Thank you Willis!!

Ugh. But the good part is the repair was done FLAWLESSLY, AND the car was done and returned to us AHEAD of schedule. I cannot say enough good things about the team that worked to restore our beautiful vehicle to brand new! Thank you!

- BLBrian LarsonJan 15, 20265.0Easiest car purchase I have experienced. Walked in to the pre owned area about 2 pm one afternoon and was met by Sterling Brunk. He asked a few questions to understand my needs. Showed me a couple models, and within 20 minutes had a used car for me to test drives pulled up and ready to go. Was very sincere and extremely helpful. He explained the cars features and I took the car for a test drive. Took only a few minutes to work up the deal, I was interested so I took the car home to show the family. They loved it so I decided to move forward with the purchase before 6pm. Picking up the car took less than 30 minutes. They reviewed warranties and accessories but I did not get pressured. I recommend stopping in at Willis and working with Sterling.
