  Traded our 5,5 year old Volvo for a used 2yo Volvo with very low miles and couldn’t be happier. We have been loyal customers and were treated fairly. The staff is all friendly and easy to talk to.

  I am happy with my car purchasing experience with Willis Volvo in Des Moines. I worked with one of their Sales representatives Kurt Larson. He helped answer all of my question, and let the car speak for itself. I did not feel any salesman pressure. Kurt has treated me cordially. Willis Volvo also has a nice facility that are kids friendly. 10/10 experience!

  I have leased a lot of cars over the years and this was by far the best experience! Robin was very responsive, listened to what I wanted, found me the perfect car and got everything done by the next business day!

  Purchased my Volvo a year ago through the Overseas Delivery Program. Wonderful sales and support staff. And now a year later, I had my first service done with absolutely wonderful customer service from the drivers who picked up and dropped off my vehicle to the service professionals back at the dealership keeping me informed and up to date. Would recommend Willis Volvo time and time again!

  Called at 8:00am sharp to inquire about a particular vehicle, spoke to a woman that said sale pending if anything changes i will call you back, calls me back 45 minutes later to tell me that the vehicle is in fact available and will be ready for me for a test drive out front, and we make appointment for 10:15-10:30, very exciting, tells me to find and talk to a Curt Larson when I arrive. I arrive at 10:00 and wait, approached by other sales rep tells me Curt is busy with other matters and goes off to find someone else, comes back a while later and tells me that the car has been sold at some point prior to me arriving by the same sales rep i was supposed to find and talk to, Curt. Same rep goes on to tell me surely we can find you something else with their 600+ cars in inventory like I'm made of money or something, kind of insulting but what can you expect out of money hungry sharks like that. Their excuse was that they have 50 sales reps and they can’t control all of them even tho i saw maybe a handful at the time at that dealership, tells me to keep checking and if i see anything i like to call them, i ask how do we prevent this from happening again and why would i do or attempt to do business when your going to just sell the car from right under my nose? I think if someone makes an appointment there needs to be a process, either ask for a security deposit and physically put a hold tag on the car and even if it doesn’t sell money has still been made. Thankfully i live in the same city and not out of state otherwise this would have been a much much more frustrating situation. However i can tell you that the vehicle was beautifully cleaned inside and out so whoever is in charge of detailing did more than just an excellent job. Don’t waste peoples time and money, do better and build some kind of process for holds and respect your potential customers, do better Willis Volvo Cars do better.
