- DDDonnaFeb 9, 20263.0They honestly don't compare to their competitors when it comes to their kitchen items. They are higher priced but lower quality. And now they're changing over a lot of things to "Quik Trip" brands more and more but again their products are higher priced than competitors brands and QTs quality isn't as good. Just being honest. The uniform needs to be more professional as well as to not allow skin tight clothing. Some of the people they are starting to hire as of late are also rude. QT is so not the QT it used to be known and loved for years ago. What's really sad as well is management has said one reason they raise prices is to keep out the riff raff and yet the same folks allow panhandling in their parking lots, in front of the doors and even inside the store. What is evident at this point is that customer service isn't a priority anymore, their profit margin is. It would be great to see the old school QT make a comeback. The original owner of QuikTrip would be rolling over in his grave right now if he could see what has happened to his amazing company. Cuz it is not so amazing anymore. Some people won't like that but then again most people don't like truth.

What sets this location apart is a new machine with a banana-flavored frozen drink that is excellent. However, it is frequently out of order or sold out due to its popularity, so it can be hit-or-miss if you are visiting specifically for that flavor.
