- NNNateJul 31, 20251.0This location just got a pop machine update which would be great if the machines worked. This is the second time since they put these machines in just a few weeks ago that one of the machines went down same machine by the way and I'm posting a photo of the labeling is not completely clear so there have been instances work customers have been confused and still getting bad quality product from this machine as it is not labeled sufficiently. When you confront management or speak to management about this issue or any other issues with this store including the panhandling that goes on in the parking lot they downplay everything and act as though you the customer are the problem and are a bother. Yet conveniently they also keep raising their prices what are we paying for because it certainly is not good customer service. And the only time that you hear anything back from QT is if you are giving them praise instead of constructive criticism. The whole point to constructive criticism is so that they can improve in customer service and in serving the customer which is what their business is all about. If I could give this location a zero star for now I would but I'll give it a one in the hopes that in the future they make the necessary improvements to get back to being the better convenience store that they used to be because now they're just like all the rest of them. And also when you order food from the kitchen they don't like to keep it hot they like to make it in advance and leave it laying on the counter to get cold by the time you pick it up
