  The national manager at the car station was super nice and very professional. He was friendly, helpful, and made the overall interaction pleasant. Unfortunately, the car itself had a very strong, unpleasant smell that made the experience disappointing. I really appreciated the customer service, but the condition of the vehicle did not meet expectations.

  Great experiences renting from National at Des Moines airport. The staff is always professional and friendly, and the cars are terrific. Highly recommend. ** I started using National, because my work required that I use it, now I wouldn't use any other car rental company. The service is top notch, the cars are clean and in great working condition. Hands down, Nation is my preferred company. Thanks National!

  Great staff and cars. The only thing that could make this better is having free car selection and a checkout booth but this is site limited. No fault at all of National and the DSM staff. I visit this location at least once a month. DSM National Rental comes highly recommended.
