She was gracious and had a warm smile and told me not to worry as I had a grace period and was so sweet! Given today's climate as I reside with an unpaid government worker, her kindness almost made me cry. THIS IS WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABOUT, PEOPLE!! Pay this lady, Mister. You have a gem and she, along with the rest of today's staff, is the face of your company and is not expendable. She is the reason I will be back at this location.
