I chose my car they were extremely slow after waiting about 45 minutes it was my turn, I was told to wait in the lobby, when I asked why since I watched 4 other people not have to wait in the lobby I was told not to have an attitude HE PREFERED it. I went into the lobby where the woman behind me was also told to wait. When I asked her if she was given the option she said no and she also found it odd. The same man came in and continued to keep on about having me wait in my car if I wanted. I told him I just wanted my oil changed but he continued I than told him I could just go somewhere else and didnt have to put up with this kind of service. As I left he kept telling me not to hit the woman's car that was behind mine. Like I was some kind of moron. I will never be back if that is the kind of service you thrive to have.
