- JBjason breenFeb 19, 20264.0I went in for an oil change. I've never used Jiffy Lube before today. The guy who greeted me was friendly. He started the work on my truck after I pulled it into the bay myself. But then he disappeared. I went into the lobby. Which was cold and kind of messy. I saw several employees just standing around. I wasn't there for long . But I do feel like it wasnt very professional. Especially after the girl asked if I wanted to pay my bill. I asked her if they were done and she said yes. I said to her I didnt see anyone put the oil in my truck. The next thing I know is the girl who took my payment is out there putting what I assumed was oil in my truck. Not one of the guys who are dressed for this type of work were there to do it. Just standing around watching as the girl is doing their job. There are atleast 6 guys working there today. I dont think I will go back.
- RRReneeJan 29, 20261.0I took my car here for an oil change and I’m never going back to Jiffy Lube. When I pulled in there were no other customers, and the guys looked like they were working on one of their personal vehicles in the parking lot They ignored me for 10 minutes until they realized I wasn’t leaving. I waited for at least 30 minutes in the lobby before they pulled my car in. The gentleman helping me got into a loud argument inside - behind the counter - with another guy over ‘not doing that on the property’ I don’t know what that was about. And this was the final straw: the gentleman helping me came in from looking at my car and aggressively slapped my air filters on the counter and told me to come look at them in a very aggressive manner. I told him no, I’ll handle it on my own and he continued with the high pressure sales tactics. I sternly told him I am not buying the overpriced air filters, and he finally relented about that. Then he told me my antifreeze was out and asked if I’ll “handle that too”. I can deal with aggressive salesmen, but, as a woman, it really made me angry to be spoken to that way. How many other women have been bullied into buying egregiously overpriced services? Oh and then it took another 35 minutes to perform the oil change. Just terrible. Never again. Oh and the oil change was $109. Please take your business elsewhere. We don’t reward businesses that treat people like that.
