After reading your reply, respectfully, I must mention that when booking the rental I specifically chose a F150 and skipped over the RAM 1500 so that I was sure that I was getting the Ford truck option multiple times. So I'm not sure who is at fault whether it is the website or your particular location, but that said, I was still very pleased with the staff and how polite they were even after expressing how disappointed I was that my only option was the truck I hate more than any truck on the road.

When I picked it up I has to wait 45 min for one because they gave mine away apparently and the only left smelled like wet dog. I reviewed the outside with the gal looked fine it was so close to closing by this moment. I sat inside I couldn't believe the smell. I had no choice. I had to take this car. My work was making me take a rental for 4 days. When I returned it the lady said oh sorry to hear took my keys and said maybe we could compensate you for a free day or something. I filled a survey out. Nothing. Ive never heard anything. Ridiculous.
