  They don’t respect your times. I had to leave 2 day ago and every day I give them my email to confirm my booking and by the end of the day at 4pm they tell me they have no availability. This is the second day in a row they cancel and I have to go to Oklahoma. I would go elsewhere because enterprise downtown and east side location don’t care about your trips. 2 days later I’m still in Des Moines when I set up 3 appointments because they don’t know how to rent cars

  Due to a no-fault accident, we were in need of a rental car while my Explorer was being worked on. Being around Christmas time, we had quite the ordeal finding an SUV to fit the family. After visiting a 3rd Enterprise location and them not having a vehicle to fit us, we were referred to the Euclid location for hopefully a crew cab truck. They were very sympathetic to our dilemma and fortunately had plenty of trucks available. Nathan helped me throughout the process and was so friendly and helpful! We quickly realized that not every truck had middle seat hooks for a car seat (we had 3 full size car seats needing to fit). It was a cold day and he had me wait inside while he went through each truck to find which ones had the middle seat hooks. From those, he gave me whichever choice in truck I felt most comfortable with. I had the truck for about six weeks while my car was being worked on and the location periodically checked in to make sure the truck was working fine for us. For the nightmare situation I was in due to the accident, dealing with insurance, and having to run around to find a vehicle, Nathan and the guys at the Euclid Enterprise location made the truck rental the easiest part of it all! I'm thankful for their thoughtfulness and professionalism!

  This place is a joke had a reservation came to pick up the vehicle and they had no vehicles then they wouldn't even help find another location that had a vehicle never returning

  Love renting cars here the staff at bith locations that I visit in Des Moines are super friendly and always carry a smile. There has always been cars available when I need them, and a nice variety at their disposal. The staff goes over every detail about the rental with care, and assist with anything and everything that can possibly need. Friendly place to rent.
