  I have not recieved my $200 deposit back yet because I have called all 3 credit card companies & checked the transactions. I called today for the 3rd time today on this same issue & again I was told they would call me & of course NO ONE called me like the last 2 times. When I picked the car up on February 7th in Erie,Pa they got the price of the rental down to $258.88 plus deposit but when the car was returned they charged my card $286.37. I'm still waiting to receive my $200 deposit. Today is the 10th Business Day. I also told the representative if I don't get my $200 deposit back I would not be renting from Enterprise Rent a Car again. Even though he said it showed they had returned my deposit back which is false. I think the next step I may take is to take them to court to get my deposit back!!!!!!!!!!

  Pushy about add’l coverage (this is typical) but also strongly recommend taking a video before driving off. Have never actually had to use it until now— the person at the drop-off was asking about a 2x1inch scratch next to the wheel and asking for proof I didn’t do it. Again, glad I had a video, but pretty ridiculous.

  Service was good agent helped us was very polite. The 4 rating is for location and confusing signage and return area it needs to be marked a lot better. Even the taxi driver had hard time finding the place.

  Scammy and classless. Miller and Carter at the DSM location tried to charge me for preexisting damage on the car, which I didn’t see at pickup because the car was covered in road salt and dirt. I should have assumed a scam attempt would be made when I declined the damage waiver charge in favor of my own insurance. Learn from my mistake, take photos and video at both ends and insist on a car that is clean enough to see damage. Or better yet avoid this company entirely.

  Horrible experience! This is the one enterprise that was open when I was able to get off work and figured it would be easy enough to come in before my rental period ends to extend the rental. I was unaware that there are completely different rules between stand alone enterprises and airport ones. I felt disrespected, spoken to as if I did not understand and like the wool was trying to be pulled over my eyes and then to turn it around on me as if I should have known better. Highly disappointed in the service received!
