  I called this store to ask about my car battery . Spoke to Davin he was so nice and explained so I understood the prices, what service they provided etc. he won my business. I went to this store the next day and Jacob helped me. He too explained the different batteries and warranty. He won my business and I purchased my battery ! This store has my life long business!

  Stopped into Auto Zone last Saturday and bought an engine air filter and a cabin air filter. Not knowing how to install them I asked if anyone knew how to in the store(Merle Hay Road Store). The manager, Jacob installed both of the parts correctly and fast. His customer service skills were greatly appreciated. There needs to be more people like Jacob in this world.
