Not knowing how to install them I asked if anyone knew how to in the store(Merle Hay Road Store). The manager, Jacob installed both of the parts correctly and fast. His customer service skills were greatly appreciated. There needs to be more people like Jacob in this world.

- LWLynn WilliamsNov 18, 20255.0I just came from AutoZone and had one of the best experiences ever. I came in to purchase a new battery for my 2014 Buick Verano and asked if they could install it. The nice young man named James went out and tried to get it disconnected but the battery had a lot of corrosion and was very difficult to get off. The Manager, Jacob went out and assessed the situation and willingly went out of his way to figure a way to get the old battery out. He was successful and he installed the new battery with no problems. Nia helped me purchase the battery and when I came back in about 20 minutes later with the old battery she quickly refunded my core charge.
