  I came to the Auto Zone on Army Post Rd because they had my part. Ian helped me. Please give this guy a raise. Be sent above and beyond to help me and I appreciate him greatly. These young people are what make our world. And because of this I will always go to AutoZone.

  My check engine light was on for a couple of days. I called AutoZone and they were super friendly over the phone. I took my Suburban in after my work day and they hooked it up to their code reader, told me what it said and gave me great advice. Also, they reset the light for me. They were fast and friendly. Super helpful.

  I called about getting a new battery and the woman that answered had amazing customer service. I went in about an hour later to get the battery and the same customer service continued. The manager of the location helped change out my old battery and he was training his newer employees while doing it too! The manager at this location clearly puts time, love, and care into this AutoZone!

  My boyfriend broke down near the store, he has a great conversation with some guy there, but it was thanks to Rocky N for making sure everything was taken care of. Some words for the women herself Your eyes shine with grace You helped out my dumbass You have an amazing face Thank you for taking him to class

  Horrible service! Went in today into the auto parts store and there was three employees working one was sleeping. One was eating at the counter and the other one was socializing with the other employee while I was waiting to be helped. Asked for a part that I previously called in for and they informed me there was two in stock. Once I came in the employee had no idea what he was doing and informed me that their computer shows to in stock, but they don’t have any on hand in a very rude and unprofessional manner. After this, I contacted headquarters to inform them of the service one of their stores was providing only to be encountered with a voicemail machine. Will not go back!!
