One was eating at the counter and the other one was socializing with the other employee while I was waiting to be helped. Asked for a part that I previously called in for and they informed me there was two in stock. Once I came in the employee had no idea what he was doing and informed me that their computer shows to in stock, but they don’t have any on hand in a very rude and unprofessional manner. After this, I contacted headquarters to inform them of the service one of their stores was providing only to be encountered with a voicemail machine. Will not go back!!
