I went into the E Euclid location because the website showed they had Casterol ATF+4 full synthetic transmission fluid that I needed for my power steering. There were two staff behind the counter, neither acknowledge that anyone even came through the door. I started looking through the aisles for transmission fluids. After finding them, I found the Casterol brand but not full synthetic. As I walked towards the counter to ask one of the people working, a gentleman came in the door & immediately headed towards the back wall as if he knew exactly where what he came in for located. The older gentleman working immediately asked the customer who had just came in if he needed help twice with no response from him, and I was already in front of him and had already asked for help, but was completely ignored, so as he was walking past me to hunt the customer who obviously didn't need his help down, I asked him if he had any casterol fluid in back that was full synthetic because your website indicated you have it in stock. He rudely said "no we don't carry that brand" and kept walking. I wasn't going to waste any more of my time arguing with the man, who clearly either had no clue what he was talking about, or he maybe just didn't care what I came in for, but either way, he either obviously lied, because there was Casterol brand on the shelf just not synthetic, or he's just oblivious to what there is on the shelves in the store he's working in. He obviously did not want my business, so I left & found help getting what I needed with a competitor, & will never step foot in that location again. I have been a customer for 10+ years at several other locations around Des Moines & surrounding areas, & thankfully this was the only location I have been treated with rude & completely unprofessional staff. The older gentlemen should not be in any retail position period obviously. He will lose business & profit for the company, as was blatantly obvious to me!
