    MLK location Des Moines Iowa -I had the worst experience 10/30/2025 I was told they could change lights over the phone front head lights to my 2015 traverse so I get there an employee assisted me and took my light out but since he couldn’t get it back in he told me it wasn’t apart of company policy as well so he wasn’t obligated but once I said well then you need to put my old one back is when another employee came out and tried saying the same thing also not to mention I went here in September and was going to get my lights changed perfectly fine by a employee and he said they could do it as well back in September .so I’m so confused as to if it’s not company policy then why would you even touch it and say you guys could do it over the phone it was the same employee I spoke with when arriving . After finally getting the light changed by another employee whose dad I’m sure is a supervisor my car then wouldn’t start. I expressed that and was told that changing a light doesn’t not make your car start and so I expressed to them how I got there Perfectly fine before the light was touched and my car was just fine so a lady comes out and tries assisting me rudely and tells me I need to hold my own hood open which ok fine but then is upset because she doesn’t know where the battery in my car is located so I made it clear that I could call the police whatever but my car was fine before coming there horrible customer service from All employees also very lady i DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

    Sunday, June 22, I've been outside waiting since 10 a.m. and the store hasn't opened yet. I ordered a piece that was supposed to arrive first thing today. I'm still here waiting. Please correct the schedule.
