    The team was super friendly and very efficient. Explained everything to me clearly. Car was easy to find and all gassed up and ready to go. Everyone was fantastic, even though I was running behind and frustrated myself. They were still amazing.!

    DO NOT get a toll pass from Alamo. They literally charge you $19.99 so they can take it directly out of your account without any permissions. You are still allowed to take the tolls and pay the exact same amount whether you have a toll pass or not. It does not give you any benefit or discount for using the tolls. It just allows them to charge the card you have on file. So essentially you pay $20 so you don't have make a separate payment for tolls. This is not explained when they ask if you'd like to buy extra add-ons. There is no point to purchasing a toll pass It just makes things easier for them, not you. Total waste of money. Wont use Alamo again, there are too many different options now a days.
