  I am a 66-year-old disabled that uses a walker to get around I've been a customer with that store for over 20 years I was not very happy with my service that I got I would check into my drive card and see if I could get the limit increased I was denied the increase and I told the mechanic that on the phone that I have been denied he told me about the other card so when I went up to see about trying for the new pay tomorrow card come to find out in the conversation he had already fixed it if things didn't work out I was going to take my car and tow it back home and pay for the diagnostics he tried to tell me that I told him for approval and then your clerk had in there to say oh yeah we got it on recording I told her I know what I said then I repeat it what I said to him so all in all I feel like I got bullied into a cell because how could he assumed that I was going to be qualified for the other card and you know what something is the mother of all screw-ups he told me to my face well then I guess I'll have to take the starter back out and I said fine and where's my starter that you took out over there on the table so all in all I did not appreciate being bullied into a final sale. Now what if I had not been able to qualify play tomorrow card then what in the past when I got approved for the drive card it was done and approved way before the work was even done once I qualified with the drive card in the past the whole point is nothing was processed or approved or check for qualification all that was done before the work was done that did not happen yesterday everything was done before I was even qualified for the new card I feel bullied after 20 years of loyalty to your store and I repeat listen to my phone call on Monday let me check to see if I can get an increase on my limit on my drive card and I will call you back I did not say go ahead and fix it when I'm working on the finances why would I be that stupid to tell someone to fix it for the 20 years I've been there like I said all financial approvals was done before the work was done.

  Great service by Tom and his team! He came and got us and showed and explained to us what was wrong. What could have been a very expensive fix, he made it very reasonable for us! We will be back!

  I was driving down the interstate and lost a tire. I had it towed to them. Tom and his team were very caring. He showed compassion to me and that meant alot to me and didnt scam me into buying something I didnt need and helped me get my car back on the road. I appreciate them so much and will be bringing my vehicles back to them. They are rare to find. Thank you tom and your team.
