The service is horrible! Second time I took my car there, thought of giving a second chance but I deeply regret doing so. Both times the visit were very unpleasant. You literally see how disorganized they are by standing there for few minutes. They are not able to fulfill the scheduled service appointments. Other clients I spoke to at the waiting room were also disappointed. On the second visit, I didn’t wait at dealership as I knew they would take too much time. They took an entire day to change the oil. I payed for 199$ to diagnose a problem, they called me when they were about to close to told me they were unable to reproduce the issue. I would have to stop by again next day when one of their technicians would be available ( somewhere after 9 am). I picked up the car and literally heard the noise I asked them to troubleshoot while I was still in their their parking area. I doubt they even took a ride to find the problem. So I left the dealership paying for 199$ for absolute nothing since I still don’t know what is the root cause of the issue. I strongly don’t recommend the service at this dealership.

This place literally drove my brothers car through a chain link fence, somehow damaged his motor and tried getting him to pay for it and kept his car for 7 months arguing back and forth with the warranty companies. This place is garbage, save your money. They tried charging my brother with the damage THEY CAUSED to the paint.

I swear I was getting punked! But we all know it's cause I'm a woman going in a service department by myself. Before they even had my car even parked giving me a bill for $230+ for diagnostics. (Last time I was there I paid over $900) I'm not crazy I know all they do is check for codes they plug it in. I asked well if I'm paying for repairs why would I pay for you to plug in something they do at autozone for free. Got my car and left. THEY THINK PEOPLE ARE STUPID.
