- JNJeffrey NewberryAug 8, 20251.0Approximately three weeks ago I stopped in to get some shaking in my Jeep’s steering fixed. The gentleman there bragged how knowledgeable they are with Jeeps. I felt good, until I realized all they did was add on a steering dapper with clamp. That was not the underlying cause of the shaking. Three days later I get flagged on the interstate as the damper had snapped off the clamp. This job plus an oil change was around $500.00. I took my Jeep back so they could fix their work. Even though I was in no rush for my Jeep back, they took close to three weeks to get a new clamp and put it on, then charged me $191.00 extra. This was $291.00 with a ($100.00) discount. Horrible, disrespectful. At least I have my Jeep back finally. Be careful out there everyone, it can be hard to find a decent shop.
