TRUCK which gave me nothing but trouble at least the gentleman who is a training manager that I returned the truck to at least treated me with dignity and respect that evening. Unlike the person who waited on me that morning and I know his name but I'll just use his 1st initial of his name "R" I think he was rude and could care less and it made me more mad I had to rent another truck to protect my very fragile glass curio cabinets. I have rented from Penske for many YEARS. This had me pretty upset for the fact I had movers waiting and I was paying by the hour. "R" didn't care, I had asked for another truck. I will NEVER RENT from this location ever again. They have beat up crappy wore out trucks that cost a fortune to rent and a employee whose name starts with a "R" who could care less.
