I have nothing but great things to say about this dealership. I live 850 miles away and bought a 2023 Tesla Model S completely remotely and the process was extraordinarily smooth. This was one of the best, if not the best car buying experiences for me ever. Bottom line the car was perfect and looks like it came off the show room floor. Second, the vehicle was priced fairly - that's all I ask for on that front, I'm not looking to beat up the dealer, and don't want to get taken myself. I walked away happy.
Now for the customer experience part. Tyler B was my sales person and he was friendly, communicative and helpful, I asked for a ton of info and he went above and beyond including getting me info from the previous owner that was very helpful. Laurence N in finance was perhaps the easiest to deal with F&I man I've ever dealt with. I appreciate his not making that an adversarial process. Next GSM Jim W - talk about going the extra mile. Worked through a transport company snafu that was no fault of his own and helped me work with another transport broker that I brought to the table, then facilitated making sure the first company refunded my money. All this happening in the middle of a couple of snow storms and at one of the busiest and craziest times of the year working with very compressed timelines.
I just want to say thanks to these guys and that based on what I've been through with Kimberly BMW Davenport, I would tell anyone to deal here with confidence.
