  I reserved a car for business nearly a month ago. I received a call three hours prior to my scheduled pick-up, and I was informed that the car they had for me had damage and would not be available. I was told that enterprise had a car for me at another location in the Quad Cities, but I would need to reserve the car online from that location. I was also told that this may result in a “slight increase in price”. Indeed that was the case, when I went to reserve the vehicle it was nearly $200 more. I called customer service who informed me that they could transfer the reservation, but they would need the area manager to contact me to arrange this transfer. All of this happened about 9:00AM this morning, for a car I needed at noon today. I still haven’t heard from the area manager, and it is now nearly 5:00PM. It’s clear that my business, and likely anyone else’s is of little concern to Enterprise. I highly recommend utilizing any other company should you have an itinerary you need to adhere to, that is contingent upon getting reserved car as scheduled.

  Enterprise staff are fast, friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough regarding all aspects of our rental. Scheduled rental several months ago. They kept in contact so we knew our vehicle would be there. We will do all our rentals through Enterprise! There are others that claim less pricing but we have been there. No vehicle’s available at pick up time, staff are not trained to giving details for their rentals and check-in; check out long and tedious. LOVE ENTERPRISE! ♥️

  I had an excellent experience working with Bailey at the West Kimberly Enterprise location. From the moment I walked in, Bailey was professional, friendly, and attentive. She made the entire rental process smooth and stress-free, clearly explaining all of my options and answering every question with patience. What stood out the most was her attention to detail and genuine care for customer satisfaction. Bailey went above and beyond to make sure I got the right vehicle for my needs by transferring my contract to the Enterprise Truck division, and she handled everything quickly without making me feel rushed. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to both efficiency and great customer service. If you’re renting from this location, I highly recommend asking for Bailey—she truly made the experience easy and enjoyable.
