My car was towed to Courtesy for brake failure while I was driving, and for recall. Me and Dave had an extensive conversation regarding if the work on the recall could be done. All other dealerships were months out, with long waits on loaners Courtesy however said the wait time for a loaner was a week out. But they needed to order the parts to do the work on the recall. Fine. Dave said he would help and that the work can be done. So thats where it went. A few weeks later I received the loaner, dirty with other ppls belongings still in the vehicle and less than a quarter tank of gas. Okay fine. (I recive a second loaner after the first one gets a bad tire. Different loaner same condition) have this loaner for some time, they gave me a quote for the brakes, I said lets do it. They decided to hold off, they want to do all the work at once incase other expenses come up. Very fair. Time goes by I get a call from Dylan and Keith. I call back Dylan is informing me I need to take my vehicle to a different dealership to get the work done. Parts are on back order and they need the loaner back. I break down; I am a chronically ill individual. I work and go to the doctor three times a week. I need a vehicle. He says "im not trying to leave you without a vehicle." I think to myself THATS EXACTLY WHAT YOU ARE DOING. "Call around, see what you can do let us know" I call around 3-4 months out for getting my car in for the recall (i didnt dare ask the wait time on a loaner) i call Dylan back, let him know, he says okay. About a week later I get 3 calls, two voice mails. One from Dylan and one from Keith. Dylan just asked me to call back. However Keith said he had news about my ford. I call back with hope. No he needs the loaner back. For context this is a day before Christmas eve, a weekend, and im in the hospital with my father. I call every dealership within 100 miles. Lindquest could get me in on the 5th. I call Keith back. He still needs the loaner so I say "my father's in the hospital he may have had a heart attack" "so when can you bring back the vehicle?" "I dont know, im in the hospital theyre running tests" "well i need the loaner back today. Tomorrow at the latest" "okay i guess..... can Courtesy tow my car to lindquest?" "No" "can you cover the fee for the tow?" "LIKE OUT OF MY PERSONAL POCKET?" "NO, drop the fee for the tow to Courtesy, since you did not work on my vehicle and i cant let me keep the loaner any longer." "oh............... if you bring back the loaner tomorrow I can do that" fine "can you hold the car until the 3rd?" "I can do that" fine. I pick my car up. Tires flat. Awesome just absolutely awesome. I mean give Courtesy ford a round of applause yall 👏 🙄 (as if) thanks for what little help you gave me. If you cant do something please just say that. Say it with integrity, articulation, and empathy and it will be received well. Js. Id rather be told they want to help but cant. Then led on for months, no work being done. Out time and money (I use my car to doordash for extra income, and I got fired november 18 while my car was there none of which is their fault.... but bills dont stop.) Dave and Dylan were kind start to finish. Keith however needs some really serious retraining on TONE and empathy. Not only did i not recive any condolence for my father possibly having a heart attack; he is the most condescending man I have ever spoke to. I mean just a jerk. Attitude, condescending tone, laughing and scoffing. Like rude. Kevin was cool too.

We recently went in and tried to buy a truck that had been for sale since 2023. Brand new Super Duty, they claimed it was sold, but it is blasted everywhere for sale still and they have already been paid out by Ford for said truck..tried to get my local Ford dealer to do a dealer trade and they won’t, but truck is still available…. Shady business. Why are you holding onto a 2 almost 3 year old truck….
