We had to drive an hour and a half one way to view a popup camper that we didn't get to see upon arrival. We were told that that sales rep John was not available due to a family emergency. Understandable. What is not acceptable is being told that we were unable to see it do to everyone being with other customers because it was the last day of the month. We were told that we wouldn't be able to be helped. No one was available to set camper up. We were scheduled by the store and was sent a confirmation text the day before appointment. We traveled over 3 hours round trip and used gas that was uneeded if the store was " too busy" to help us with our purchase. This is all besides the fact that the price was increased over $1000 after we scheduled our appointment only to get there and be told that no one could talk to us.

The only issue I had was getting some to answer the phone for service. Once I did or if I came into the store things moved forward.

But my overall experience in the area has been rough with local campgrounds: unresponsive staff, rude/dismissive treatment (especially when alone or needing support), and a lack of basic dignity or value for long-term guests. I wish I could camp somewhere nice and attractive where I can be treated with respect, not nastiness or dismissal. Hoping for better options in the future.
