- DDDave Dreifurst5 days ago5.0Staff is extremely friendly. I was able to get in on time for my scheduled appointment and out the door in a timely manner. Came in for a routine brake inspection due to 120k miles on vehicle. Chris walked me out to show me the pads and rotors still installed on the vehicle. He told me my equipment was still in great shape and I did not need anything at this time. Said they will not sell me something I don't need. I appreciate the honesty and being able to walk out and see it while it is still installed on the vehicle. Overall a great experience and I will be back when I need brakes.

- AAatochatvrNov 5, 20255.0I am SO thankful that a friend of mine recommend Brakes Plus! They just saved me at least $1500! Dealership was way more expensive and if rotors were bad it would've been even more! They also tacked a bunch of other stuff on that I "needed". Brakes plus said AND SHOWED me that there was nothing wrong! Pads were practically brand new (8 mm thick still), rotors good, and the squeaking was caused by something caught between the brake and rotor ( they got it, no more squeak, no charge) I can't say enough good things about them! My husband isn't getting paid right now (government job) and it means the world to me the service and honesty they had.

He gave me an upfront estimate. He pointed out several things I needed fixed. He recommended to me what he would suggest to do first and those things were fixed that. The repairs that needed to be done that were out of their scope, I asked for recommendations. He gave me his recommendation and my car was fixed to e very next day. I still have some major repairs to do and will definitely be a return customer. Thank you for treating me with kindness and respect.
