- WWWesFeb 25, 20265.0First time having service at this location or even at brakes plus. Lilly checked me in and was super nice. Drew was the tech who worked on my Honda Ridgeline, which I brought in for an alignment. My only issue is that despite arriving about 5 minutes prior to a 2pm appointment it took about 45 minutes before they were able to start working on my vehicle (I waited in their lobby) but Lilly acknowledged this and said they got stacked up unexpectedly. Otherwise, they performed a free alignment check first (without me even asking) before the actual alignment and Lilly went over it with me. It actually indictated I really didn’t need an alignment so I was not charged anything and left at about 3:15pm so it took a half hour more after the initial wait but I greatly appreciated them being up front about not really needing to spend $125 on an alignment at this time. I very much recommend them as an honest service provider but you probably don't want to schedule any work on a day when you have a tight schedule…similar to most other shops, it’s challenging to keep everything on schedule.

Ordered and received parts within the same hour! 100% would recommend. Gage and Hunter were an absolute saint throughout this entire time, I was going ballistic!!
