Andrew did a great job with everything from working on our vehicle, to keeping us updated and informed of what he was doing. His customer service was 11/10. Andrew definitely made a rough problem into a great experience.

- MSMark SitrickDec 13, 20255.0I had just hit a pole in a parking lot. Part of the bumper was rubbing against the tire. Didn’t think I should be driving with it like that. Stopped at Brakes Plus to see if the had a tool the push it away from the tire. Hunter pulled the car into the garage. He and Rob fixed the car so the was not hazardous to drive. They could have told me sorry we’ve got other cars to work on and sent me on my way. They took the time to help me and saved me not only the cost of having the car towed but also waiting in the cold for a tow truck. I was able to sit in their warm office with a cup of coffee while they fixed it. My thanks to Hunter and Rob for fixing it and to Brakes Plus for hiring two kind gentlemen!!! They didn’t charge me a penny!!

And made the whole atmosphere just so hostile! BUUUTTTTTTT OMG ROBERT IS SO AMAZING! He’s kind has no issue communicating and answering questions on what’s being done to my car and why. I AM DEFINITELY COMING BACK HERE FOR ALL THE REST OF MY CAR FIXES!! And I’m trusting and following ALL HIS RECOMMENDATIONS! THANK YOU JESUS THAT CHRIS IS NO LONGER HERE AND PRAISING GOD FOR ROBERT!! Definitely much better!! 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽
