  I came in to get my squeaky brakes fixed. Unfortunately, I had to return three separate times because the issue was not resolved. I live about 40 minutes away, so that meant multiple round trips and a lot of wasted time & gas for something that should have been handled correctly the first time. What made this even worse was the Manager Kelly told me the company ‘lost money because of me’ since they had to spend more time and materials fixing my brakes. That is wildly inappropriate—especially when I only kept coming back because they didn’t fix them correctly the first time.” Also while I was there, manager Kelly told customers in the waiting room; that if they went on Google & left a good review, she would give them a discount. That speaks volumes about the kind of business practices happening here. Overall, this was a stressful, time-consuming experience, and I left feeling disrespected. I do not recommend coming here.

  Lindsey and Kelly and all the staff where very friendly and knowledgeable of everything on the vehicles I would recommend them to anyone

  Chris and Lindsay were amazing. Great in and out service. I explained to them what was going on, they took a look, and even took me into the shop and showed me. Talked me through it, and I paid cheaper than what the original estimate was!! 10/10 recommend this place!

  I arrived to the shop with my anxiety at a high due to a bad rotor and brake pads. Chris did a great job in calming me done and getting the rotor and brake pads replaced in an efficient time. I recommend getting your car fixed through Chris.
