- JAJ AApr 8, 20261.0We had the pleasure buying our 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee with 58,XXX miles from Coach, great salesmen, my wife and I met all of the staff in sales including the manager who treated us great. 2 months and two thousand miles later, the Jeep is throwing a transmission code, a service power steering code, and no lane assist, it is also not shifting into 5th gear once in awhile. I called Coach and explained to him what the issue was, (at the time the Jeep was less than 300 miles over the power train warranty). He asked me what I wanted him to do about it, I explained to him that it needs fixed as we bought it two months ago, he stated that it was bought as-is, and asked if we wanted to trade it in with him. I asked him another question about the Jeep power train warranty and he stated he would call me back. A couple hours later, I called back and he wasn’t at his desk. Another couple hours pass and I call again, and no answer from him No help on trying to solve a solution, no follow up, no sorry, nothing. Maybe this vehicle was a lemon and Courtesy didn’t know about it. Or maybe they did?
