  Very disappointed with my experience. I had an 8:00 appointment, just for an alignment. The tech told me it would only be about an hour to hour and half. She comes out at 9:30, tells me its going to be another 2 hours, due to him having another vehicle before me. That would of been really nice to know, I could have made other arrangements to drop off and pick up, instead of sitting and waiting for hours. On top of that, if they are going to place their loud obnoxious rap music in the shop, they could have something playing in the lobby, music or TV, so we dont have to sit in absolute silence. Probably wont come here again!

  Went to get a simple oil changed. The manager on site insured me everything would be fine and even offered to check my brakes and fluid. I was more then appreciative went across to dollar tree to get an tip in cash for the service but when I got back everything took a turn for the worse he pulled my car back to the front without informing me of the damage that was done. I did an inspection to make sure everything was changed correctly. They pushed through my sub frame using the power lift instead of informing me that they damaged my vehicle he denied everything including a supervisor or insurance information. Instead of printing out what was damaged on my vehicle he wrote across my report and stated it was previous damage. Which is false information I have video of evidence removing brakes plus lift joint from my vehicle and the manager took it out my hands I called and made an incident Report numerous times and haven’t got a response yet this is to simply inform all customers of brake plus of the risk you are taking when doing business with the facility at 5703 Elmore Ave in Davenport Iowa
