  “I had a frustrating experience at AutoZone. I asked if they could change my brake light and was told they could at least look at it. Instead, they sold me the bulb first, then said they couldn’t install it because removing the taillight (just two bolts) is considered a ‘service.’ After going back and forth, the store manager did end up changing the bulb—but with a clear attitude and poor customer service. It felt very unprofessional. When I asked about a refund earlier, I was told I’d have to wait for it to go back on my card, which was also frustrating. Overall, the experience felt misleading and uncomfortable. I won’t be coming back.”

  Hard to get parts that are resealable everything cost to much !
