There was nothing wrong with my original device, but they insisted they had to replace my device. Once that was done they still couldn't update my device, after being on the phone with intoxalock I ended up having someone pick me up and we had lunch. Once I returned, the device was done. So something that should have taken 10 minutes took almost 2 hours.
