When I signed up, I specifically told the employee with the iPad that I did not want the membership to auto-renew. He tapped a few buttons and assured me that it would not. Despite that, I was later charged $48.14. When I contacted the company, they told me to call Miguel, the owner of this location. During our conversation, he was rude and insisted it was my responsibility to monitor my membership. I explained that I had clearly requested that it not auto-renew when I signed up, so I don’t understand how this is my responsibility.
