The showers are not very clean, the water pressure is weak, and the water is cold. It’s functional, but it’s not comfortable and not what a professional driver should have to deal with. 🅿️ Size & Layout This is a small truck stop, with limited parking and a tight layout. It works if you just need to stop, but it doesn’t feel like a place meant for drivers to actually rest and recover. 🛒 Store & Food The store is small with limited selection. The Arby’s inside was very good, but overall cleanliness was not their strong point. 🔧 Overall Condition The whole place feels old and worn out. It’s not the most disappointing truck stop, but it is far from being one of the good ones. This Pilot needs serious renovation to meet what today’s truckers deserve. 🦅 Highway Outrider Verdict ⭐⭐⭐ – Average Stop Pilot Council Bluffs will get you through the night, but it’s not a destination. If you’re looking for comfort, cleanliness, or a place to recharge… this isn’t it.

Casey's across the street also has beers 🍺 and booze, if you need it. Great stop! The facilities are consistently clean, the staff is welcoming, and the coffee is always fresh. It’s a reliable, safe place to recharge during a long haul. Highly recommended for any driver!
