  When I first applied for financing online I immediately heard back from a salesman regarding a unit I was interested in. Over the next 2 weeks after I had been busy with work and unable to return my interest back to buying a camper I was contacted multiple times by their salesman wanting me to buy a camper from them. I explained to Loyal that I am a independent contractor so I do not have a W2 he said no problem to bring in a copy of my last 2 years tax returns and that I was 100% approved for purchase and stayed in contact with me several times a day, almost harassing me till I finally had a day I could come in in person. So the day comes and I bring my tax returns with me and agree to buy the camper and put the deposit and holding fee down that day. I was told they gave my W2s to Collin their business office guy that handles the loan side of things and that I should hear back maybe yet that day (Saturday) or by Monday for sure. Finally at 3pm on Monday Collin calls me and asks if I have a copy of my paystubs even though I already went over this with Loyal. He says no problem that he’ll put my tax returns though to the lender and I’d hear back from him yet that day. So here we are Tuesday and I haven’t heard anything so I text Loyal and ask if there is a issue as to why I haven’t heard anything and get no response. I had to text him a 2nd time and say that his silence I will take there as being a issue with the sale and not to worry I’d just pass on buying and he can immediately text me back then stating he’d get with the business office right then and get back to me. Come 5pm and still haven’t heard anything so try to call and speak to Loyal and twice I am put on hold long enough for it to ring through to the receptionist again. John answers and attempts to find out if there is a issue with the sale and that the best he can find is it is due to me not having pay stubs and I explain that is the point of the tax returns to which he says he is going to hurry and call the lender before they close and will get back to me. Here we are 5pm and now I haven’t heard back from Loyal, Collin, or John. If there is a issue with the loan at least you could let me know this especially when I’ve tried multiple times to get a answer as to what is going on. Lord knows they could get ahold of me multiple times and immediately when they where trying to sale the camper. 100% do not recommend the Council Bluffs location because unless it is a perfect sale you will never hear back from them and are just left wondering.

  I have a very positive and pleasant experience at Camping World. Mike was an awesome salesman. He answered all my questions and showed me all the features of the unit I was interested in. Overall, it was an outstanding experience.

  I purchased a camper from here January 6th, Loyal the salesman, was fantastic to work with!!!! The rest is what made me decide 2 stars. I have been calling and asking about getting plates. Been told the title gal is sick for 2 weeks. Last week when I called the guy that answered the phone after a few minutes of talking rudely said well I cant make her come in. Yesterday I called again and I again got told we will give her the number and she will call you. The wait is not what bothers me it is the lack of communication. Courthouse tells me I am responsible for penalty fees when it does finally become available. The fact that my camper sits with no plates and I have to wait for the next time I feel like calling is why I give it 2 stars. Loyal would be a 5 star!

  We recently got our new camper here. Was done mostly online & through phone conversations with J.O. he was great to work with. We live about 6 hrs away & I really did not want to go in blind for such a drive. I asked & J.O. answered every question & followed up with extra pics of the unit I was looking for. He did such a great job that by the time I got there all I had to do was verify the unit was as advertised. It was!! Next came Jared. He was the tech who went over all the ins & out of the new camper & made sure we knew all the ins & outs of the camper & how to use it. He was great & went through the demo & answered all my questions before turning me over to Connors. This was the paperwork part! Connor double checked to make sure I was happy with everything & got me out the door in a timely manner without skipping over a single detail. Great bunch that I worked with & I am extremely happy with the service they provided. From the Burns family, we thank you!!! 5star easy

  Our salesman Steve was out of town and Connor took care of us and took care of everything. What an amazing guy went above and beyond for us extremely extremely satisfied would 100% recommend anybody to see Connor we would most definitely go there again because of everything Connor done for us he’s very professional thank you!!!
