  I’ve taken my car here many times. I highly recommend it for not only oil changes, but regular maintenance as well. They do a thorough look at your car and provide what the car needs and why. Great place I will be back

  Needed some repairs on my brakes, went in and talked with Ryan. Super nice dude, took me out into the shop showed me exactly what needed repaired, got it fixed and was out. Reasonably priced and knowledgeable staff....good place

  I would have given 5 Stars but I called ahead and spoke to with a representative named Ryan gave him a complete description of my vehicle 2012 Dodge Ram 2500 Laramie / Crew Cab / 4WD / 6’4” Box / 6.7L L6 Cummins Turbo Diesel and asked what they would charge me for an oil, lube, and filter if I provided my own Oil, Additive, and Filter as I use specific brands of each of these. I further explained that I had just moved to the area and had made (2) two trips back and forth from here to PA towing a trailer. He quoted me quite specifically $25-$30 “at the most” He made me an appointment for Friday 12/12/25 between 8:30-9:00 AM the following morning. I arrived at the agreed upon time and found the shop not too busy which pleased me. Of course Ryan was not working as it was his day off and was greeted by another service writer named Saber who checked me in and listened as I explained what Ryan & I discussed the previous afternoon and she replied, yea I found it in the computer he left notes, after they pulled my truck in and began the service Saber came out to talk to (3) different time. Once she said that the cost would be more because my truck was a HD vehicle. I told her I accurately described my vehicle and products in detail when I spoke with Ryan the prior afternoon, she replied yes he probably wasn’t thinking when he quoted me that price or something like that, I told her at that time that I did not like shaky deals. then returned a few minutes later and told me I’d wasn’t my truck after all and the quote I received was correct, then a third time and said whoops we made a mistake and it was my vehicle that the increase in price was for. So at any rate the customer I was chatting w: in the waiting area produced a $20 dollar off online coupon which brought my total down some but not to what I was quoted then they hit me with everything they found wrong when they performed my “free inspection” but nowhere on that paperwork that included multiple issues I needed to have completed was anything I read where they greased the front (2) two universal joints on the front axle which was part of a oil, “lube”, and filter service and I highly doubt they did it, so I’ll have to do that myself and my health isn’t the greatest and this zoo’s is temperamental and turned cold lately. Not saying would not use them again but will definitely explore other options and might pay more attention to detail on the service aI requested instead of focusing on the upsell attempts, I probably should have told them I spent 30 years in the Car Business, yup, probably should have led w/ that…just do what the customer requests no more no less and do it completely and you’d probably get more customer retention!
