- JDJohn Derek1 day ago5.0Great job! Came in with a bad caliper, was fixed and went home.. The next day, my brakes were grinding. Took it back and turns out, the new caliper was BAD out of the box! Steve said bring it in, we will take a look.. They were able to diagnose the issue quickly.. Other Brakes Plus location would just say " I don't know".. Been there... But, not here.. Competent service! Great job!
- AGAdam G1 day ago1.0Used to love these guys but will no longer be using them in the future. Was over $600 to replace a thermostat housing and a thermostat. Thats $45 worth of parts and 4 bolts. You could change that out while eating a sandwich with the other hand. They treat people like they're stupid. They put the part down as a nearly $400 part and then added over $200 in labor. Thats completely insane.

When I pulled out of their parking lot, all my Cadillac signal warnings went off. My wheel is way off-centered. I went back immediately and got a refund. I wasted over an hour. Terrible with alignments.
