- PCPaul CoblerNov 4, 20211.0Made a purchase two years ago of a Brand New Tracker V175. This boat has been nothing but a problem from the very beginning. Constant electrical issues leading to dead batteries, which has finally been resolved after many visits. Very uneven tire ware, which was checked out and inspected. All bearings and everything given a clean bill of health. Shortly after, had major bearing failure which is now requiring a complete axle replacement. Bass Pro/Tracker Marine will do absolutely nothing about it. Customer service was quite short and not helpful at all. Basically said too bad so sad. Sad reality of it is, when you spend $40,000 on a product, you expect it to work. I spent $40,000 and have had it in and out of the shop more than I have had it on the water. I would urge anyone looking to make a watercraft purchase to definitely go elsewhere!!!!! DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID!!! Buying a boat from this company has been the worst purchase I have ever made!
