  Jeremy hooked me up with a quick and easy oil change, air filter replacement and windshield wiper replacement. Process was super quick and easy.

  Brought my vehicle in for new brake lines had to bring it back multiple times because they didnt do a good job and the problem still isnt fixed. Do not recommend to anyone. $1000 later my vehicle shoild be fixed

  Stopped at the Walmart next door with our camper to sleep. Woke up the next morning, getting ready to leave. Our truck had a coolant leak. Walked over to Brakes Plus to see if they could fix it. Most places over promise and under-deliver but Brakes Plus over delivered on their promise. Two and a half hours later a new radiator was installed. We were headed home to Medora from Virginia. Thanks Brakes Plus of Council Bluffs for taking such good care of us.

  Wife spent $2,500 on a brand new rack and pinion. Got it back and was making noises the same day. Was told it was new parts, might need broke in. Brought it in the following week for a new noise and had the tech hear for himself and had them look it over a whole day and said they couldn't find anything then referred us to a Bellevue location. Disappointing and a waste of time, will not take any vehicle of ours back to this location again. Will drive the extra few minutes across town to the Manawa location going forward.

  Chris Dewald provided fantastic job explaining what all needed to be done with my vehicle. I came in a little worried about how things would go but Chris was able to ensure that all questions were answered. I left feeling understood and more understanding of how brakes work. I highly recommend this location all the staff are fantastic hard working and friendly.
