  I can’t recommend this team enough—they are truly trustworthy, patient, and professional. From the very first phone call, Oscar set the tone with incredible customer service; he was friendly and helpful from the start and remained just as attentive throughout the entire process. Sabre was a lifesaver when it came to the technical side; she really took her time to break down the logistics of the issues I was encountering, making sure I understood the ‘why’ behind the repairs and giving me clear options without any pressure. Steve was equally fantastic, staying on top of every detail and ensuring I was constantly communicated with so I never felt in the dark about my car’s status. Going in without a clue of what was wrong was a bit stressful, but their patience made the whole experience smooth and easy. I’ll definitely be back for all my future repairs!

  Would absolutely recommend anyone to come here! Staff was super helpful, fast, and wonderfully kind! I gave a call roughly 30 minutes to closing time needing breaks and rotors done; luckily given the circumstances they got me in right away which was absolutely amazing. In and out within 25min!👏🏻😊

  It's my first time here getting majors stuff changed on my Ford escape, they did a great job getting the repairs done on time. The service was great overall.

  Made an appointment at 2 for a simple oil change. Arrive early at 1:50, they didn't take my vehicle back until 3. Didn't get done until nearly 4pm. Two hours of waiting for an oil change, no one updated me that it would take that long or let me know how long I would be waiting. The cost was $60 more than what it said on their board. Costing $145 for just an oil change, this may be the correct price but the board was misleading. One of the employees (short, bald, old guy) was rude and unprofessional to other employees and customers. Would talk poorly about customers after they left. Completely unprofessional and I'm sure he doesn't care. Terrible service all around. Would not recommend coming here. Look at yelp for true reviews. They are reporting poor reviews to get them removed.

  Fabulous customer service. Steve was able to squeeze me in last minute because walmart didn't have a filter. I think it was God directing me towards honest workers. The mechanic showed me exactly what needs to be fixed. Not just tell me. She walked me to the back pointed it out explained the risks and even let me know like aye, if u dont have the $ dont wait too long. Get it done before it's worse. I really appreciated that. There was some oiled on my car from when I had the valve cover changed. They didn't guess....they asked me about it. Then they cleaned it off and said next time I come in they'll check to make sure it's not leaking. Love it here. 1st time I did business at a car shop and didn't feel like I was getting hustled.
