  One of the WORST customer service experiences I've ever had. Website says they'll put in a battery when you buy one. Tge employee barely spoke to me, merely pointed at the screen, then refused to put the car battery in after I purchased it. He wouldn't give me any help, told me it wasn't tgat hard, that I could donit myself. I had to practically plead with him just to jump my car so I wouldn't be stranded there. I then had to drive somewhere else to have someone put the battery in.

  Stopped in to get a replacement antenna and Keith was very helpful and friendly. Will definitely be back again.

  My head lights went out on my vehicle unexpectedly and it was half hour before close. I went to go into the door that said “in” but it was locked and I thought maybe they were closed. I went in through the out door and a guy behind the counter flatly said “you didn’t read the sign” and I thought he meant the in sign. Instead of explaining it he just shook his head like I was an idiot cause I didn’t see a paper on the in door saying to use other door. Okay well whatever. I asked for help locating a fuse box he told me to YouTube it. Thanks. Great help there. Asked him a question about the fuses and he told me I was looking at the wrong fuse box (I wasn’t). At this point I figured this guy was going to be zero help. I assume my bulbs burned out and asking him to look them up really Inconvenienced this guy. As I’m looking the lights inside start turning out. I said “oh you close at 7?” It was 6:50. He said “yeah. That’s what I’m trying to do”. This guy didn’t know how to help me and suggest I YouTube it and then made me feel like a jerk for simply walking into the store and only wanted me gone. Zero help. Sorry auto zone I’ll just buy the bulbs online or seek help somewhere else. In today’s world it’s concerning AI is coming after our jobs but when it comes to the crosspark auto zone it will help.

  Came in just before closing with windshield wipers that were stubborn coming off. Neal helped out very quickly. Thanks Neal!

  I came in simply needing something important for my vehicle to stay safe on the road. The way I was treated today was completely unacceptable. I left upset and disappointed. I will not be returning, and I’ll be sure to let others know to avoid this location as well.
