So needless to say, we were in a desperate situation. We stopped at this Advance Auto Parts almost at the closing time. And what Griffin did for us was more than exceptional. He spent more than an hour outside in the cold helping us to diagnose the issue and find the fix. He also stayed way after store closing time to make sure we were good to go. In a station like this, you need to have someone helping you who knows what they are doing. Griffin did exactly that for us.
